We aim to have your item ready for dispatch with 24 hours, but we do not get collections from our courier partners on weekends or Bank Holidays (including, Easter, Christmas, New Year, May and August Bank Holidays.
We ship our items using Royal Mail 48 Hour tracked and DPD, so we would usually expect delivery within a couple of days, although for various reasons it may take longer. However, you will receive a tracking number once our delivery partner has your items so you will be able to track progress.
Please email us via the contact form on the website clearly stating your name, order number and full delivery address. We also require photographs of the damage, please do not dispose of any items or packaging before you have taken photographs. Once we have received this information one of the team will get in touch to help you during working hours (Monday to Friday 10:00-16:00). You can also contact us directly at: contact@dupeon.co.uk
If you would like a refund or to exchange an item you have received, please contact us via the chat feature on the website or the contact form and one of our team will get back to you during working hours (Monday to Friday 10:00-16:00) to advise the best way to do this. However, you will receive a tracking number once our delivery partner has your items so you will be able to track progress. If you item has not arrived within 10 working days from collection by our delivery partner, please contact us and we will get in touch with them to try and resolve the issue for you. We need to wait until 10 working days has passed as Royal Mail state that any items sent 48 hour tracked may take a maximum of 10 working days to arrive. Please note that there will be delays to delivery at especially busy times, such as Christmas and also after Bank Holidays etc when Royal Mail do not work.
Our perfumes are all made to eau de parfum strength and therefore contain a minimum of 20% perfume essence in every bottle, regardless of size.
No! None of our products or their ingredients are tested on animals.
All our products are allergen tested, however, we can not account for how an individual may react. If you do experience a reaction, please immediately discontinue use and wash the affected area thoroughly with luke warm water. Please see our allergen information: Allergy & Safety
Normally we would expect the fragrance to last for between 6-8 hours but some of our customers say it lasts all day. However, there are lots of factors which can impact the longevity of a fragrance. These include how much you use, the physical nature of the skin of an individual, environmental factors, such as heat and humidity in addition to the frequency someone uses the same perfume. If a strong perfume is used for an extended period, the nose can become 'used' to the fragrance and it may become invisible to the individual wearing it. This is called nose blindness. If the fragrance is sprayed on to clothes, the fragrance can remain for days, sometimes until they are washed.
